Horror Hunks: Daryl Sabara in The Green Inferno (2013)

The Green Inferno centers on a group of student activists who travel to the Amazon for a demonstration to save the rain forest. Upon arrival, they discover they are not alone and soon their lives are in horrific peril as they are taken hostage by a tribe of cannibals. While there isn't much skin shown from the hot cast, Daryl Sabara does get to show some partial frontal nudity in one scene. He attempts to pee in the forest as a spider approaches his exposed penis, leading him to panic.
